We’re using AI & technology to make it faster and more efficient, through trusted partners and people to help make a seamless customer experience.Roles And ResponsibilitiesTake on the challenges of building our Agentic AI with interesting use cases for fintech.Being the tip of the spear in our technical team, ensuring to leverage the best and latest technologies to keep us in the game.Be owner of your product. Voice in your own opinions of every aspects of our product from tech, logic to UI/UX. And turn those innovative ideas into deliverables.RequirementsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Hands-on experience with real-world NLP use cases and the development of Generative AI APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Vertex AI, and other leading modelsGood experience with RAG, embedding & fine-tuning modelStrong foundation knowledge on LLM & machine learningExperienced with multi-agent frameworks, including LangChain, for building complex AI-driven workflowsGood at English communication.An interest in learning about MCP and A2A is considered a plusGood experience in web development is a plus, but not mandatoryGood experience with vision models, but not mandatoryAmbitions.
