AI Engineer

ABOUT JOBWe are looking for AI Engineers with strong expertise in AI model management, fine-tuning, and deployment. You will work on optimizing large vision and language models (VLMs/LLMs), developing containerized AI services, and ensuring efficient model inference on edge and cloud environments.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage AI models including version control, retraining, and deployment processes.Fine-tune and optimize VLMs and LLMs for specific business applications.Estimate inference workloads and calculate power consumption for deployment scenarios.Implement application-specific AI systems such as monitoring, measurement, and failure prediction.Develop and maintain containerized microservices for AI workflows.Utilize NVIDIA AI tools (Riva, NeMo, TAO, Triton, TensorRT, etc.) for model optimization and deployment.Perform lightweight model conversion and deployment using on-device inference frameworks (nanoLLM, TVM, TFLite, Vitis-AI, etc.).REQUIREMENT:5+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering or machine learning development.Proven experience with model management, fine-tuning, and optimization.Strong understanding of VLMs and LLMs.Familiarity with microservice architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Proficiency with NVIDIA AI tools such as Riva, NeMo, TAO, Triton, and TensorRT.Experience in power and performance estimation for AI inference.Knowledge of on-device inference and lightweight AI models.Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.ting, and hybrid operations.Excellent communication skills in English.Working location: District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.Please send your CV to email: lan.ngo@watasoftware.com or talent. acquisition@watasoftware.com
