Our platform turns customer emotions and feedback into real-time business intelligence for enterprises across the globe.We’re now looking for an AI Engineering Lead to guide the next chapter of Emojot’s innovation—shaping intelligent systems that redefine how businesses connect with their customers.What You’ll DoLead AI Innovation & StrategyWork on the AI engineering vision and roadmap, driving innovation across Emojot’s global SaaS ecosystem.Collaborate with the CTO, Engineering Leadership, Architects , and Business Development Leads to align AI initiatives with product and market goals.Explore and implement emerging technologies—from LLMs and RAG to multimodal AI, agentic systems, and predictive intelligence.Architect & Deploy AI SolutionsDesign and deliver production-grade AI systems such as RAG pipelines, intelligent automation workflows, and autonomous agents.Integrate AI intelligence seamlessly into Emojot’s SaaS applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.Collaborate closely with full-stack and backend engineers to embed AI in real-world customer experiences.Model Optimization & MLOps ExcellenceLead fine-tuning and optimization of foundation models to maximize performance, accuracy, and contextual understanding.Establish robust MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, benchmarking, and performance analytics.R&D and Thought LeadershipStay ahead of the curve in AI/ML research, exploring domains such as generative AI, multimodal learning, knowledge graphs, and causal AI.Lead R&D projects from prototype to production, fostering IP creation and internal knowledge sharing.Represent Emojot in technical discussions, conferences, and innovation forums.Mentor & Empower TeamsLead and mentor a team of AI Engineers, Associates, and Data Scientists, cultivating excellence, creativity, and accountability.Partner with cross-functional teams in Product, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to translate business goals into technical solutions.What You BringEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.PhD or strong research background in AI/ML is a plus.Experience4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.Proven track record of designing and deploying AI solutions in production environments.Experience working within SaaS or enterprise software ecosystems.Technical ExpertiseProficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face, Transformers, FAISS / Milvus.Deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, multi-agent systems, and knowledge retrieval.Hands-on experience with MERN / MEAN stack technologies (React, Angular, Node.js, MongoDB) and RESTful APIs for AI integration.Advanced understanding of AWS DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation.Sound knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and AI ethics best practices.Core CompetenciesStrategic vision with hands-on technical depth.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Passion for innovation and applied AI in real-world contexts.Why Join EmojotImpactful Work – Build AI systems that transform how businesses understand and serve their customers.Global Exposure – Collaborate with the C-suite and worldwide teams driving AI innovation.Continuous Learning – Stay at the cutting edge of AI through training and research initiatives.Inclusive Culture – Join a diverse, creative, and collaborative community.Competitive Rewards – Enjoy a strong compensation package and performance-based incentives.
