该职位来源于猎聘 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and test Al-based tools, prototypes, and small-scale products for ZURU Toys teams, using both internal and public APis (OpenAl,Hugging Face, etc.).Act as the local Al advocate, showing colleagues how Al can enhance their work and turning ideas into tangible demos.Collect and translate team needs into clear, actionable Al solutions aligned with ZURU AI's strategy.Collaborate daily with the global ZURU Al team (ltaly, India, NZ) and local colleagues in China to ensure seamless communication and alignment.Participate in internal training sessions and workshops, guiding teammates on how to get the most out of Al tools.Follow structured workflows on GitLab (issue creation, merge requests, reviews, and versioning).Stay up-to-date on the latest GenAl tools, trends, and model architectures, and share insights proactively. Requirements 1.3-6 years of experience in software development or Al-related roles.Solid understanding of Al and Machine Learning concepts, including transformers, fine- tuning, and LoRA techniques.Strong practical knowledge of OpenAI API,Hugging Face,LangChain, ComfyUl, and other GenAl frameworks.Hands-on experience with Python and familiarity with frontend/backend principles. Proven ability to build quick demos, automate workflows, and integrate Al into existing systems.Fluent in English (B2 or higher)- confident in communicating with international teams. Experience using Git and GitLab workflows.A proactive, curious, and creative mindset - capable of turning ideas into reality quickly.
