AI Learning Program Manager

We are hiring for our client in the financial services.Location: Waterloo, ON (Hybrid) | Toronto, ONDuration: 12 months (extension possible)Rate: $50–$60/hrLooking for a seasoned learning professional to lead AI-focused training initiatives across a large enterprise. This role manages end-to-end learning programs—from planning and content development to rollout and adoption—while ensuring employees build confidence with new AI tools and workflows.What You’ll Do:• Drive the development and execution of AI learning programs for multiple business groups.• Work closely with SMEs to translate technical AI concepts into clear, practical learning content.• Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to keep programs on track.• Curate and package learning assets across multiple formats (guides, videos, quick-tips, workshops).• Monitor learner engagement, capture feedback, and support continuous improvement.• Partner with L&D, digital transformation teams, and operational leaders to scale adoption efforts.• Use LXP/LMS tools to upload content, track progress, and support enterprise-level reporting.What You Bring:• 5+ years in Learning & Development or Talent Development• Proven experience running large learning programs end-to-end• Ability to simplify AI/tech concepts for non-technical audiences• Strength in content creation, project coordination, and stakeholder communication• Comfortable navigating fast-moving enterprise environments• Experience with LXPs/LMS platforms is an advantage
