Concentrix is seeking a highly experienced Microsoft 365 Purview, Entra ID, and Modern Work Security Engineer to join our regional team. This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft security, compliance, and cloud productivity, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 solutions.The ideal candidate is a strategic advisor who can drive customer success, accelerate adoption, and ensure organizations maximize the value of their Microsoft 365 investments.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Success & Engagement• Build trusted advisor relationships by delivering high-quality guidance across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.• Drive customer satisfaction through active listening, solution-oriented communication, and proactive engagement.• Provide insights and feedback to internal and Microsoft teams to support continuous product and service improvement.• Engage business and technical stakeholders to accelerate adoption of Microsoft 365, including Copilot for M365.Technical Delivery & Advisory• Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and productivity solutions.• Lead technical discussions, resolve blockers, and ensure successful deployment aligned with Microsoft best practices.• Drive cloud migrations from on-premises to Microsoft 365, ensuring smooth transitions and secure configurations.• Provide governance and security guidance across identity, compliance, and lifecycle management.Solution ExpertiseMandatory Expertise In:• Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)• Microsoft Purview (Compliance & Governance)• Microsoft 365 Copilot• Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune• SharePoint Online/Server or Exchange Online/Server (at least one)Good to Have:• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)• Windows 11 deployment & management• Microsoft Teams, Viva, OneDrive for BusinessTraining & Thought Leadership• Conduct workshops, trainings, and technical enablement sessions for customers.• Prepare solution documentation, best practice guides, and migration plans.• Stay updated with Microsoft’s roadmap and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations.• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, IP development, and community engagement.Qualifications• 10+ years of IT security experience with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 security and compliance.• Proven experience implementing Microsoft Purview solutions (DLP, Information Protection, Insider Risk, eDiscovery).• Strong understanding of M365 architecture, identity management, cloud governance, and security best practices.• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)• MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator• MD-102: Endpoint Administrator• MS-700: Teams Administrator• SC-400: Information Protection Administrator
