AI-Native Full Stack Developer

We offer cutting-edge technology and talent, impactful cross-industry projects, and a flexible working environment.What you'll be doing Develop the Eleiris AI agent platform as a Full Stack Developer (Python, C#, Node.js, React, MS Graph API). You don’t need to know the whole stack on day one, but you should already have solid experience shipping production-grade features in at least part of it.Prototype and test new solutions for clients’ business challenges, applying AI both creatively and systematically.Design and implement integrations (ERP, CRM, document management) to bring coherence to fragmented environments.Build a modern CI/CD pipeline and DevSecOps practices for delivering high-quality, secure code.Work closely with the Lead Developer, sharing responsibility for product development and technical infrastructure, while developing an AI-assisted toolset for coding, testing, and documentation.This is a hands-on role: you will be expected to take ownership, work independently, and move from idea to implementation with minimal hand-holding.Who we're looking for A creative problem-solver who spots opportunities where others see obstacles. Technically, you should be comfortable moving across the stack – you don’t need deep expertise in everything, but you do need the ability to understand the big picture and quickly learn the skills you need along the way. You’ve already built things for real users – whether in a job, as a freelancer, in open source, or through serious side projects – and you can show us those results.We know great developers come from many different paths: university, bootcamps, self-taught routes, research, consulting, or something else entirely. What matters most to us is your curiosity, your drive to learn, and the concrete work you’ve already done.Essential skills Solid understanding of DevSecOps – and the willingness to own it.An AI-first mindset – you use AI naturally as part of your daily work, not just as a tool but as a thinking partner.Full stack development experience (you don’t have to be a master of everything, but you’ve shipped working software end to end).Self-directed and solutions-focused approach – you can take a problem, break it down, and drive it all the way to production.Nice to have Experience with prefereably Azure (as this is what we use), but understanding of AWS or GCP goes a long wayWorked on enterprise integrations (MS Graph, Google Workspace).Understanding of data movement and transformation across systems.Delivered projects from zero to production.A good eye for UX.Your mindset You have a bold, experimental “fail fast, learn faster” mentality and enjoy the moment when 100 hours of work gets automated down to just 10 minutes.
