Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Responsible AI Operations (RAIOps) Lead to help operationalize Responsible AI practices across a leading Wealth Management organization’s AI portfolio. The successful candidate will ensure that AI solutions are ethical, explainable, compliant, and aligned with both regulatory requirements and business objectives.This role involves close collaboration with business, compliance, legal, and technology teams to embed Responsible AI principles throughout the entire AI lifecycle — from ideation to production — ensuring governance, transparency, and accountability in all AI initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain Responsible AI frameworks, policies, and controls in alignment with enterprise AI and data governance standards.Conduct AI risk assessments and monitor models for bias, drift, and regulatory compliance.Oversee operational reliability, security, and ethical use of AI systems.Collaborate across business and technology teams to ensure alignment with governance, policy, and regulatory expectations.Lead incident management and escalation processes for AI-related issues.Drive continuous improvement in Responsible AI operations, including automation, monitoring, and reporting enhancements.Present AI use cases for approval through appropriate governance forums.Ensure timely completion and submission of risk and Responsible AI documentation.Required Skills & ToolsStrong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, governance, and ethical frameworks.Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience in program/project management and operational leadership.Technical proficiency in AI/ML operations and monitoring tools (e.g., MLOps platforms, risk assessment solutions).Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data governance tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on risk mitigation and compliance.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in AI operations, governance, or risk management — ideally within financial services.Demonstrated experience developing and implementing Responsible AI frameworks.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
