In this role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of data creation projects for enterprise clients, from initial client consultation through final delivery. This position combines technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, client-facing skills, and superior project management capabilities.You will act as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are well-defined, resources are optimized, and outputs meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate brings a solid technical background to effectively assess project needs, ensuring the right level of expertise is allocated while maintaining a deep focus on quality and deadlines.What You'll DoLead and manage AI data creation projects day-to-day, ensuring timely and successful delivery for enterprise clientsDevelop detailed project plans, including workflows, timelines, milestones, and resource allocationMonitor project scope, communicate changes, and ensure alignment with client expectationsCollaborate with the hiring team to hire, onboard, and manage annotators to ensure they meet project-specific requirementsGuide teams to ensure proper technical setup and workflow executionCommunicate technical requirements and challenges effectively between annotators, clients, and internal teamsConduct regular spot checks and quality reviews of output to ensure data meets client standardsImplement processes to track and improve quality metricsContinuously refine workflows and tools to enhance efficiency and deliver optimal outcomesWhat You'll Bring3–5 years managing complex, client-facing projects in fast-paced environments, preferably in AI, data annotation, or related fields2+ years in a technical solutions, sales engineering, or customer-facing role within Professional Services or Systems EngineeringExperience with coding and querying languages such as Python and SQL to conceptualize project requirementsExcellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to clearly manage client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teamsSolid grasp of AI/ML principles and workflowsExceptional organizational and detail-oriented mindsetStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science) or equivalent experienceNice To HaveExperience managing large-scale AI/ML data creation projectsFamiliarity with data quality metrics and processes for AI training datasetsKnowledge of large language models (LLMs) or other advanced AI technologiesOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview!Equal OpportunityWe are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
