Main Tasks and Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, advisers, and stakeholders across European institutions.Support the business development department.Coordinate and manage AI policy projects, from design to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.Help the Head of AI to draft policy papers, consultations, and briefings on AI regulation and innovation.Monitor EU AI-related legislative developments and provide policy insights.Coordinate and lead work with the company’s members, ensuring regular AI-related policy updates.Competences, Qualifications, and Experience Degree in Law, Economics, Politics, Computer Science, or related field.Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, digital technologies, and/or data policy.Previous experience in EU institutions highly valued.Deep interest in EU affairs, AI governance, and digital regulation.Strong analytical and policy skills, ideally with public affairs expertise.Ability to evaluate the policy impact of AI and digital legislative proposals.Understanding of EU legislative procedures and political group dynamics.Excellent communication skills, including tact and diplomacy.Ability to manage projects independently under pressure, as well as coordinate in a team.Sociable and comfortable in multicultural environments.Fluency in English required, additional EU languages highly advantageous.
