You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and platform engineers to translate user needs into seamless, production-ready features.You’ll:Design and implement user-centric AI workflows using prompt builders, memory APIs, and agent orchestrationManage context inputs for models — memory, retrieved knowledge, and system promptImplement fallback mechanisms to ensure latency-aware, cost-efficient interactionsBuild and integrate user interfaces (React or similar frameworks)Own backend logic for routing prompts, responses, and tool callsMaintain CI/CD pipelines and monitoring for deployed AI featuresCollaborate with product managers and platform engineers on feature scope, risks, and integrationRefine prompts and logic through user feedback, telemetry, and performance dataContribute to reusable design patterns and code librariesWhat We’re Looking For2+ years in software development (LLM or ML app exposure is a plus)Frontend (React / Next.js) + backend (Python / Node.js) experienceFamiliarity with prompt design, agent orchestration, and AI interactionsComfortable working in fast-moving, exploratory environmentsProficiency in using AI-native developer tools such as Replit, Cursor, Codeium, or similar platformsBonus points if you have:Experience with OpenAI, Claude, or similar LLM APIsKnowledge of RAG, memory/context management, or prompt evaluationBackground in Fintech, EdTech, GovTech, or AI-driven UXIf you’re looking to do meaningful work with people who care about how we get there — we’d love to meet you.
