AI Product Manager

Job Description:The AI Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and execution of innovative AI-driven products. This position requires a dynamic individual who possesses a deep understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their application in solving complex business challenges. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to define product vision, prioritize features, and guide the development team in creating user-centric AI solutions. The AI Product Manager will also be responsible for leading initiatives to enhance product performance through data-driven decision-making, ensuring that the product meets both customer needs and organizational goals.Job Requirements:4+ years in product management for tech, with strong AI/ML exposure.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.Proven end-to-end launches of AI products (concept → market).Strong analytics; solid grasp of market trends and user-centered design/UX.Data-driven decision-making; hands-on with analytics tools.Experience with Agile and product tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!).Understanding of AI ethics/regulatory considerations and SDLC fundamentals.Job Responsibilities:Define product vision and roadmap aligned to company goals and customer needs.Translate requirements into specs/user stories; work daily with engineering and design.Run market and competitor research; turn insights into actionable bets.Validate with customers, lead user testing, iterate based on data and feedback.Set and track KPIs; manage risks, quality, and timelines.Drive Agile rituals (planning, stand-ups, retros) and keep stakeholders aligned.Required Skills:Strong product management skills, particularly in AI and machine learning domains.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Proficient in Agile frameworks and product development methodologies.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear articulation of product vision and requirements.Ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams towards a common goal.Strong customer orientation with the ability to empathize with user needs and drive product designs based on user feedback.Adept at using project management software and tools to facilitate product development processes.Skilled at navigating complex regulatory environments and understanding the implications for AI product development.Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative team settings; versatile in adapting to evolving work scenarios.Passion for staying informed about industry developments and emerging AI technologies.
