AI Product Manager

Level: Junior / Mid-Level (1–3 years experience) Team: Product Reports to: Product Lead / Director Location: District 1, HCMC About the RoleWe’re looking for a growth-minded Product Manager with strong data analysis skills and a solid understanding of AI technologies.You’ll bridge the gap between business, data, and engineering teams—using product thinking, data insights, and AI capabilities to drive smarter decisions, improve user experience, and deliver measurable business outcomes.What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end product lifecycle for a module or feature — from user research, requirements analysis, and PRD writing to launch and iteration.Use data to guide product decisions: build and monitor key metrics, identify insights, and validate hypotheses.Collaborate with engineering, data, AI, and design teams to turn ideas into scalable, data-driven features.Participate in the design and implementation of AI-powered features such as intelligent recommendations, assistants, or automation tools.Continuously analyze product performance and user feedback to improve engagement and efficiency.Stay ahead of trends in AI, data, and analytics to explore new opportunities for innovation.What We’re Looking ForProduct Management Fundamentals (35%)1–3 years of product experience in internet, SaaS, or data-driven products.Proven ownership of product features, with hands-on experience writing PRDs and leading launches.Data Analysis & Tools (25%)Proficiency in SQL for querying and analysis.Strong understanding of metrics, hypothesis testing, and data validation.Familiar with tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or Power BI.AI Knowledge & Practice (10%)Understanding of concepts like LLMs, RAG, recommender systems, and intelligent agents.Experience building or supporting AI-powered or data intelligence features is a plus.Technical Collaboration (15%)Comfortable discussing data structures and APIs with engineers.Able to translate technical possibilities and constraints into actionable product decisions.Soft Skills & Ownership (15%)Clear communicator with strong logical thinking.Self-driven and proactive in problem-solving.Curious about emerging technologies, with a balance of data rationality and user empathy.Bonus PointsExperience with B2B SaaS, analytics platforms, or complex system products (permissions, dashboards, reporting).Involvement in building AI or automation features from 0 to 1.Hands-on experience working in agile cross-functional teams.What We OfferOpportunity to work with leading AI engineers and data experts.A data-driven, learning-oriented culture that values ownership and innovation.Clear career path for growth.
