Job Description
Responsibilities :Headquarters Strategy Implementation: Understand the AI product operation strategies from headquarters and develop execution plans tailored to local market characteristics. Localized Operations: Dive deep into the local market, identify user needs, and design operational activities that align with local culture. KOC/KOL/Fan Resource Utilization: Collaborate with local KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers), KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and fan communities to promote AI features through social media, offline events, and other channels. Marketing Planning: Design effective marketing campaigns to highlight the selling points of AI features, enhancing user awareness and purchase intent. Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor operational effectiveness through data and continuously optimize strategies. Requirements :2-4 years of experience in marketing or product operations, with preference given to candidates with experience in AI products, smartphones, or the tech industry. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.Language Skills: Fluent English (mandatory), additional languages relevant to the target market or Chinese are a plus. Led or participated in localized operation projects, able to align headquarters strategies with local needs. Experience collaborating with KOCs/KOLs, capable of enhancing brand influence through social media. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with headquarters teams, local partners, and KOCs/KOLs, and to collaborate across cultures. Innovation Skills: Ability to design creative operational activities to attract user attention. Execution Skills: Ability to quickly drive project implementation and focus on achieving business outcomes.Placement : Tomang, West Jakarta
