This is your opportunity to lead from concept to scaled delivery.Role & ResponsibilitiesDiscovery and StrategyDefine the problem statement and scope for the In-Store Buddy. Assess existing knowledge and support systems to determine the best strategy for AI integration or evolution. Define measurable business value, KPIs, and a clear roadmap for delivery. RAID Team LeadershipLead a cross-functional Rapid AI Delivery (RAID) team of AI Lab experts and retail SMEs. Define ways of working and ensure sustained delivery momentum. End-to-End Product OwnershipOwn and manage the product backlog, prioritizing business-critical features. Rapidly prototype and validate the MVP, ensuring alignment with business needs. Manage the evolution from MVP to production, coordinating pilots, and system integration. Lead scaled deployment across all stores, ensuring strong adoption and measurable impact. Monitor and optimize performance using data-driven insights. Stakeholder ManagementAct as the bridge between retail operations, the AI team, and other key stakeholders. Communicate progress and manage expectations effectively throughout all stages. Who You Are6–8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, having delivered at least one AI/ML-based product from concept to production. Experience in retail or with employee-facing digital tools. A strong communicator with proven stakeholder management skills. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities. Experienced in agile product development and rapid iteration. Familiar with LLM technologies (RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering). Hands-on and curious about knowledge management, GenAI, and automation. Passionate about designing technology that truly supports front-line teams.
