This role defines the product vision, prioritizes features, and manages the product lifecycle to deliver seamless, intelligent interactions that improve user engagement and collaboration efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the AI assistant, from ideation and roadmap planning to delivery and continuous iteration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, UX designers, and data scientists to refine features for chat and visual collaboration.Prioritize product backlogs based on user feedback, market research, and business objectives to maximize customer value.Monitor product performance through usage analytics and user satisfaction metrics, using insights to drive improvements.Ensure the AI assistant remains responsive 24/7, delivering reliable performance with robust scalability.Coordinate with stakeholders to align product capabilities with consumer needs and emerging AI technologies such as NLP, computer vision, and machine learning.Drive innovation by incorporating advanced AI features like multi-modal interaction, contextual understanding, and personalized assistance.Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate clear communication across teams to maintain focus on timely delivery and quality.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, especially in AI-driven consumer products.Strong knowledge of AI technologies related to natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and conversational interfaces.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Data-driven decision-maker with a user-centric mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a 24/7 service mindset.This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of intelligent, always-on AI assistants that revolutionize how consumers collaborate and communicate visually and via chat.
