Job DescriptionBusiness OverviewRakuten Insight is a research company within the Rakuten Group, receiving a variety of work from not only Rakuten Group clients but also external business companies, agencies, and research firms.Our mission is to solve client problems by utilizing asking data collected from one of the largest single panels in the industry and various big data from within the Rakuten Group.Department OverviewThis is a dynamic, cutting-edge department in the research business that leads the planning, development, and operation of new AI-based products.For example, the "AI Chat Interview" has received high praise from clients since its release, leading to the development of aggressive marketing and promotional initiatives with the aim of making it one of the pillars of Rakuten Insight's overall future business.We go beyond research and explore a wide range of possibilities, including promotion, to plan and implement new solutions that use AI to solve corporate marketing challenges.PositionWhy We HireWe are seeking to add members who can contribute immediately to our business expansion, including the development and strengthening of AI-based products and SaaS businesses.We are seeking a candidate who can work in a venture-like environment within a large company like Rakuten, where they can collaborate to develop new businesses and potentially lead the team as a leader/manager.Position DetailsWorking with the sales team, you will lead AI utilization proposal activities to clients.You will also hold weekly discussions with the tech team on development and planning topics, working closely with a team of approximately 15 people to advance projects in an agile manner.Major Duties Collaborate with sales members to deeply understand clients' business and marketing challenges and uncover their essential needs. Plan and promote AI utilization strategies to solve these challenges and create new value. Propose in-house AI products and solutions based on the strategy and drive results. Promote business improvements and create systems to expand sales and generate profits. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project progress.Working Environment The business and tech teams collaborate seamlessly, working as one team every day. You'll experience the PDCA cycle from the planning stage of a new product through to development, launch, and improvement, giving you a sense of both speed and accomplishment.
