We are looking for an AI Researcher specializing in NLP, LLMs, and Conversational AI, with strong publications (ACL/EMNLP/NeurIPS/ICLR).What You Will DoConduct advanced research in Conversational AI, Large Language Models, and Dialogue SystemsDevelop LLM-based conversational models for humanoid robots: → Reasoning, long-context memory, grounding, safetyPublish research at ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLRBuild NLU pipelines (intent, DST, slot filling, safety filtering)Integrate LLMs with ASR/TTS and vision modules to create natural human–robot interactionDeploy and optimize models on Jetson AGX Orin, RTX GPUs, and test on real humanoid robotsRequirementsMust HaveMaster’s/PhD in NLP/AI/ML/CS/Cognitive Science/RoboticsStrong publication record (ACL/EMNLP/NAACL or top-tier ML conferences)Deep understanding of Transformer-based LLMs (LLaMA, GPT, Qwen, T5, PaLM, etc.)Experience fine-tuning conversational models and building datasetsStrong Python & PyTorch skillsNice to HaveExperience in ASR/TTS or multimodal LLMsBackground in HRI (Human–Robot Interaction)Knowledge of RLHF, RLAIF, alignment, and hallucination mitigationContributions to open-source NLP/LLM projects
