Are curious about AI technologies and eager to integrate them into scalable products.Responsibilities and Duties Own and evolve the architecture of AI-based and data-driven solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows across the team. Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers to elevate overall team capability. Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, accelerating delivery without compromising quality. Collaborate with Product Managers to align technical solutions with business requirements. Oversee integration of AI services (e.g., LLM APIs, model orchestration, MCP layer) into production systems. Ensure architecture documentation is maintained and updated regularly. Conduct technical reviews of key deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and long-term maintainability.Take an active, hands-on role in building the system.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 4+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. Proven experience in architectural decision-making and large-scale system design. Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages (C#, Python, Java, Node.js) and modern frontend frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of AI/ML concepts and integration of AI services into production. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
