Highly Tech-driven CompanyCompetitive SalaryInternational EnvironmentWe are supporting a global innovation company in the mobility and automotive technology space to hire an AI Software Engineer.You will join a specialized team that explores emerging AI technologies and builds rapid prototypes that can evolve into impactful, production-ready solutions.What You Will DoDesign, develop, and prototype AI solutions using the latest LLM/VLM technologiesResearch and experiment with cutting-edge AI tools, frameworks, and open-source componentsMeet with internal stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirementsBuild Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), evaluate their performance, and recommend next steps toward productionizationDevelop reusable modules, libraries, and internal tooling to accelerate future AI developmentDocument findings, share learnings, and contribute to company-wide AI adoptionRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, ideally in AI-driven developmentStrong hands-on programming skills in TypeScript, Go, or PythonPractical experience building PoCs with LLMs or VLMs, including prompt design/testingAbility to gather requirements and create high-level architectural or solution diagramsStrong capacity to quickly absorb new technologies and apply them in real use casesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills for evaluating PoC outcomes and generating actionable insightsNice to HaveKnowledge of information retrieval, including RAG, vector search, embeddingsExperience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworksExperience developing API integrations with internal platforms or SaaS servicesBusiness-level Japanese is a plusLanguage RequirementsBusiness English (required)Japanese (optional)
