You will work closely with the leadership team to execute critical AI and software engineering initiatives and build a foundation for innovative AI-powered products and robust software solutions that contribute to the company's growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Model Development: Collaborate with co-founders to design, train, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems that solve real business problems.Software Development: Build and maintain full-stack applications, APIs, and software infrastructure that integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products.Research and Innovation: Conduct research on emerging AI technologies, software engineering best practices, and methodologies to inform product development strategies.Implementation and Deployment: Support the development of AI prototypes, software applications, proof-of-concepts, and production systems, ensuring alignment with the company's technical goals.Technical Documentation: Assist in creating technical specifications, model documentation, API documentation, and implementation guides for AI and software solutions.Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze AI model performance and software system efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across engineering, product, and data to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities and software features.Problem Solving: Proactively address technical challenges and remove roadblocks to enable the success of AI and software engineering initiatives.Ad Hoc Projects: Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required in a dynamic startup environment.QualificationsEducation: Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in Python and at least one additional language (JavaScript, Java, C++, or similar). Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), web development frameworks, and database technologies.AI/ML Knowledge: Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and statistical methods.
