Job Description

We’re seeking an accomplished AI Solution Delivery Lead to drive enterprise-wide transformation through AI and Generative AI (GenAI) innovation. This role sits within the Regional Enterprise Architecture Office and serves as a bridge between technology strategy, business impact, and responsible AI governance.You will define the organization’s AI vision, lead solution delivery across multiple domains, and establish best-in-class governance frameworks. Partnering closely with business, data, and technology stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in embedding intelligence into the organization’s digital backbone, shaping the roadmap for the next era of AI adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & GovernanceDefine and execute the AI and GenAI strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities and enterprise architecture goals.Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks, policies, and ethical standards to ensure compliance, security, and responsible use.Champion the adoption of AI technologies across diverse business functions and foster alignment between business and technology teams.Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business ambitions into scalable, high-impact AI solutions.AI / GenAI Solution Delivery & InnovationLead the design, development, and deployment of AI and GenAI applications — from ideation to production.Identify and evaluate emerging use cases that drive tangible business value.Oversee LLM evaluations (e.g. GPT, Llama, Claude) and guide the selection of optimal models and architectures.Design and build chatbots, automation workflows, and AI-powered solutions leveraging the Microsoft technology stack (MS OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Power Platform, etc.).Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous improvement.Security, Risk & ComplianceEnsure all AI models and solutions adhere to security, privacy, and compliance standards.Define and operationalize risk management practices across the AI lifecycle.Enablement & Knowledge SharingBuild and scale AI capability across the enterprise through training, tech talks, and hands-on enablement programs.Cultivate an internal AI community of practice to promote innovation and knowledge sharing.Support & Continuous ImprovementOversee the maintenance and optimization of deployed AI solutions, ensuring ongoing performance and business alignment.Requirements12+ years in IT or technology delivery, with at least 8 years in AI leadership within complex enterprises (financial services experience preferred).Proven track record in AI strategy, governance, and end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions.Professional certifications in Azure, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline.Technical ExpertiseDeep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI models.Hands-on proficiency with Azure AI stack — including MS OpenAI, AI Search, Form Recognizer, ADLS, and Cosmos DB.Strong knowledge of LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude, etc.) and agentic AI architectures.Experience defining and implementing MLOps and DataOps practices.Proficient in REST API development and familiar with frameworks such as Django, Express.js, or Spring Boot.Strong background in data architecture — both NoSQL and RDBMS design, transformation, analytics, and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Leadership & CommunicationStrategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technology.Strong leadership skills to mentor AI engineers and architects, manage delivery pipelines, and ensure execution excellence.Excellent communication and storytelling ability — able to translate complex AI concepts into business value.Innovation & Problem-SolvingCurious, analytical, and passionate about exploring new frontiers in AI.Proven ability to drive innovation, solve complex problems, and deliver sustainable impact at scale.Those who are keen for the role and would like to discuss the opportunity further, please click "Apply Now" or email Kin Long at kfok@morganmckinley.com with your updated CV.
