AI Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize intelligent solutions within our Microsoft ecosystem. You will play a key role in defining the architecture, strategy, and technical direction for AI-driven initiatives, leveraging Azure AI and Data Services to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions.ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & DeliveryDesign end-to-end AI and microservices architectures using Azure technologies (AKS, Functions, APIM, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure OpenAI)Build agentic architectures (LLM + agents) leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Azure AI AgentsTranslate proof-of-concepts (PoCs) into reusable products, SDKs, and starter repositories for internal and client-facing useDevOps & OperationsImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, ensuring code quality, automated testing, and security integrationManage containerized workloads with Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS, ensuring observability via Application Insights or PrometheusData & AIArchitect and orchestrate data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) or Fabric, integrating structured, unstructured, and vectorized data sourcesDesign and maintain vector stores (Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB, pgvector) and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflowsApply LLMs and Azure OpenAI for intelligent automation, semantic search, and contextual reasoningSecurity & ComplianceEnforce best practices in identity, access, and data security using Azure AD/OIDC, RBAC, and Key VaultEnsure compliance with information security and data protection standards, and promote a culture of responsible AI and governanceDiscovery & RoadmappingConduct process discovery, feasibility assessments, and impact analysis to identify automation and AI opportunitiesDefine quick wins, long-term roadmaps, and integration strategies aligned with business prioritiesRequirementsBachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field7+ years of experience in software and cloud architecture (strong focus on Azure Cloud)Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and agile methodologiesAzure AI & Data Services: Azure OpenAI, Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Synapse, Data Factory, FabricWorkflow automation and orchestration: ServiceNow, Power AutomateData platforms: Databricks, Microsoft Storages, Gen2, SQL ServerMicroservices & Messaging: APIM, Service Bus, Kafka, event-driven architectureDevOps & IaC: Terraform, Bicep, CI/CD (ADO or GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes (AKS)GenAI & Agentic Development: LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph/CrewAI, vector search, Azure AI AgentsProficient English communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsCertifications in Azure, or solution architecture frameworks are a plusBenefitsAt Devsu, we believe in creating an environment where you can thrive both personally and professionally.
