Position OverviewWe are seeking a creative and technically skilled AI Specialist to join our team, focusing on the creation of cutting-edge AI-generated videos and images. The ideal candidate will combine artistic vision with technical expertise to produce high-quality visual content using the latest artificial intelligence tools and platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce AI-generated images and videos using platforms such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other emerging AI toolsDevelop creative prompts and workflows to achieve specific visual styles and brand requirementsCollaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to translate concepts into AI-generated visual assetsStay current with rapidly evolving AI image and video generation technologiesOptimize AI generation workflows for efficiency, quality, and consistencyMaintain a library of successful prompts, techniques, and best practicesEnsure all AI-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standardsRefine and edit AI outputs using traditional design software when necessaryExperiment with new AI tools and techniques to push creative boundariesRequired QualificationsProven experience creating content with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, etc.)Demonstrated portfolio of AI-generated images and/or videosStrong understanding of prompt engineering and AI model capabilitiesCreative eye for composition, color theory, and visual storytellingExcellent communication skills to translate client needs into AI promptsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsBackground in graphic design, photography, videography, or related visual artsExperience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.)Familiarity with image editing tools (Photoshop, GIMP, etc.)Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI content creationKnowledge of copyright and licensing considerations for AI-generated contentExperience with 3D modeling or animation toolsTechnical SkillsProficiency with AI generation platforms and APIsUnderstanding of image formats, resolution, and optimizationBasic knowledge of machine learning conceptsComfortable learning new technologies quickly
