The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with BambooHR, including setting up and customizing the system to support HR operations effectively. This role will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. The HR Executive will work closely with both management and staff to ensure efficient HR processes, legal compliance, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding And OffboardingOversee the full onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new hires, from orientation sessions to integration into the team. Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, feedback analysis, and final clearance. Employee Records ManagementEnsure accurate and timely updates to employee records in HR systems, maintaining data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations. Lead the preparation of detailed HR reports and documentation for management review. Employee Relations And Performance ManagementServe as a trusted advisor for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Support and implement performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal-setting, and development plans.
Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances, maintaining a positive work environment. Administrative And Payroll SupportOversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement. Prepare and distribute important HR communications, such as policy updates and company announcements. HR Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems, ensuring greater efficiency and effectiveness. Key Skills & Requirements3+ years of experience in a progressive HR role. Hands-on experience with BambooHR, including system setup, customization, and day-to-day management. Strong knowledge of English and Serbian languages. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e. g. , HRIS).
