RoleThis role will lead the strategic design and operational delivery of realistic crisis simulations within the organization, with a particular focus on tailoring training programs to specific risk profiles. The incumbent will be accountable for creating scenarios that test organizational preparedness, providing detailed feedback to enhance response strategies, and ensuring overall resilience in the face of disruptions.
This individual will also be responsible for mastering and operating our internal digital crisis simulation platform, used to create and bring to life engaging, realistic crisis scenarios for our clients. The role requires a tech-savvy mindset, with a keen interest in emerging AI and technology developments, staying up to date with market offerings, and identifying ways to integrate new tools to enhance the immersiveness of our client experiences. Additionally, this person must ensure full compliance with applicable legal frameworks governing the use of AI and digital technologies in simulation design and delivery.
