• Identifying and evaluating new locations – do research to find the best places for building or development• Land negotiations – talk with landowners, local authorities, and government offices to arrange buying or renting the land• Managing permitting processes – oversee administrative steps to secure construction and development approvals• Coordinating with authorities – maintain communication with local and national agencies, such as the Ministry of Regional Development, the Cadastre Agency, and Environmental Inspectorates• Building strategic partnerships – grow our network by initiating new collaborations with suppliers, logistics providers, and distribution partners• Supporting project execution – assist the Investment Projects Manager with operational and planning tasks as neededYour Professional Profile:

• Good command of English (written and spoken)• Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability• Proactive and hands-on – you’re driven to deliver results• Constantly seeking smarter and more efficient ways to work• Well-organized and analytical, with excellent communication abilitiesConsidered a Plus: • German language skills• Familiarity with AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or Revit• Understanding of construction and infrastructure development processesWhat You’ll Enjoy:
