Duties And ResponsibilitiesConduct FIEs and REEDs for students (0-18 years old) referred for special education placementParticipate in the development of individual educational plans (IEPs)Consult with teachers, parents, and community agencies to devise effective intervention strategiesAttend Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) committee meetings to contribute to appropriate placement and IEP developmentUtilize and manage testing kits, diagnostic software, and special education management toolsMaintain accurate records and compile reports for AIM and school/district requirementsMonitor and submit hours through Quickbooks for AIMCollaborate on various tasks and duties as assigned by the Director(s) of Evaluation Support or other AIM leadersExperience And QualificationsMaster’s degree in School Psychology or related field *Bilingual Spanish language preferredLicensed in the state of TexasProven experience in child development and psychological assessment for children (0-18 years old)COMPETENCIESProficient in using test kits, diagnostic software, and special education management toolsStrong report writing skillsEffective time management and punctualityProfessional email and messaging etiquetteFamiliarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeWORKING CONDITIONSCommunication conducted via Slack, email, and Zoom with Directors and colleaguesOccasional travel may be requiredLight lifting and carrying of test materials may be necessaryAPPLICATION PROCESS - click Apply to Position NOWVisit our website and apply online to be part of an Equal Opportunity Employer fostering diversity and inclusion.
