Our portfolio includes popular smart brands such as TECNO, itel, Infinix etc. Company is now seeking a dynamic and results-driven AIoT Sales Manager to lead the sales and market expansion of AIoT solutions for its brand TECNO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strong client and partner relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. This role demands strong market knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve AIoT sales targetsConduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, corporate clients, and enterprise customersManage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiations, deal closure, and post-sales supportCoordinate with supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock availability and seamless product distributionOrganize and attend client meetings, delivering impactful product presentations and demonstrationsPartner with product and marketing teams to strengthen AIoT positioning in the marketTrain and educate channel partners and internal sales teams on AIoT features, use cases, and competitive advantagesRepresent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote AIoT productsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with broader business objectivesCollect and share customer feedback to guide product development and strategic planningPrepare regular sales reports with actionable insights and recommendations for managementAny other tasks assigned by management.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsSkills Required: Strategic Planning, Communication, Leadership, Problem solving and decision making, Market Reseach, Cross-functional Collaboration, NegotiationExperience RequirementsAt least 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Telecommunication,Multinational Companies,Group of Companies,Mobile Accessories,Mobile IndustryJob LocationDhakaSalaryTk. 70000 - 120000 (Monthly)
