Offering a wide range of supply chain solutions, including integrated logistics, international freight forwarding (air, ocean, road, rail, and multimodal), e-commerce, industrial project logistics, and infrastructure investment, KLN ensures seamless logistics operations worldwide.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Air Export&Import Operation Representative based in İstanbul, who will regularly monitor air freight operational processes and ensure a continuous flow of information and updates to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities:Act as a key point of communication and coordination between service providers (airlines, suppliers, customs brokers, airport offices, insurance companies, etc.) and overseas offices on behalf of customers.Collaborate closely with sales teams to support both new and existing customers.Take proactive steps to identify and resolve any potential issues quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Maintain regular communication with airport offices to ensure smooth execution of export operations.Create and manage shipments through the local Transportation Management System (SOFT). Profile:Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field)1–3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role within the logistics or air freight industryProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong command of written and spoken EnglishDGR certification is an advantageBased in Istanbul Europe sideSOFT knowledge preferredApplications: sema.sungar@kln.com
