Drive sales by acquiring new customers, managing accounts, and ensuring smooth handling of air export shipments.Key Responsibilities:Procurement & PricingNegotiate rates and space allocation with airlines, GSAs, and co-loaders.Monitor market trends, schedules, and rate fluctuations.Maintain airfreight tariffs and procurement database.Collaborate with global partners for routing and pricing solutions.Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities.Manage existing accounts with competitive solutions and service.Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders.Achieve sales targets and revenue growth.Conduct client visits and relationship-building activities.Operations SupportCoordinate with operations for smooth shipment execution.Provide solutions for special cargo (DG, perishable, oversized, high-value).Handle customer inquiries and complaints.Ensure compliance with customs, IATA rules, and company policies.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.35 years of air export procurement/sales experience in freight forwarding.Strong negotiation and sales track record.Knowledge of Incoterms, trade, and customs processes.Excellent communication in Thai & English.Proficient in MS Office and freight management systems.LINE IDkaran_jobsadiEMAILsrc25@adirecruitment.com
