To support our growing business and expansion plan, we are seeking competent, dynamic, and dedicated professionals to join our team.Position OverviewThe Sr. Analyst, Commercial – Air Freight will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing pricing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and service providers. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in air and sea import pricing, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding industry.Job ResponsibilitiesSource and negotiate competitive rates for import shipments (Air and Sea) from carriers and service providers.Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.Develop accurate and timely pricing quotations for customers and internal teams.Customize pricing solutions based on client requirements and market conditions.Maintain and update databases of pricing, schedules, and carrier details.Prepare and present regular reports on pricing trends, cost analyses, and market conditions.Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align pricing strategies with customer needs.Support contract negotiations with carriers and suppliers to secure favorable rates and terms.Implement cost-control initiatives and optimization measures to enhance procurement efficiency.Ensure strict compliance with international regulations, trade policies, and standards to mitigate risks.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s degree from a reputed university, preferably in Business Administration (BBA).Minimum 3 years of experience in Air and Sea Import Pricing.Proven experience in procurement and global network management in freight forwarding, focusing on air freight.Strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry, including routes, key players, and regulations.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Professional SkillsCommunication SkillsLogistics SalesMulti-taskingMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint)Negotiation SkillsCompensation and BenefitsAttractive remuneration package.Additional benefits as per company policy.Opportunities for professional growth in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
