We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.comKey Duties/Responsibilities: Processing Import Operation jobs.Communicate with SG Customs and other competent authority. Communicate with customer on products requirement/HS code, GST/Duty, shipment arrival, delivery schedule.Compliance on all requirement pertaining to Import Declaration with Customs and other competent authority.Compliance on Ops Excellent, Health & Safety.Complying and meet customer requirementProcess Import Permit Declaration / Import Shipment . Communication with warehouse and contractor for import clearancePerform ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned by the companyJob Requirements:Possess “O” Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of experience in handling air import shipments in freight forwarding industry.Good command of English, communication skills and computer literacy (MS Office).Knowledge of using Trade-net, Cargowise system a definite advantage.Good customer service skills and a team player.Meticulous, committed and a fast learner.Positive and can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
