Job Description

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?We're seeking a skilled Process Engineer to help us maintain the efficient and safe operation of our Hydrogen Production and Recovery Units and Nitrogen-Oxygen Plant. Your expertise will be key to preventing process disruptions and upholding our high operational standards. As a Process Engineer on our team, you will: Oversee & Enhance: Monitor, control, and continuously optimize production processes based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as specific electricity consumption and hydrogen extraction efficiency, which you'll help define in line with Air Liquide’s company requirements. Troubleshoot & Improve:

Analyze technical incidents to understand their root causes and implement preventative actions. You'll contribute to improving production processes to increase plant reliability and ensure a consistent hydrogen supply. Document & Guide: Ensure all necessary operating instructions and standard organizational procedures are clearly written, accessible, and consistently applied. You will also manage technical documentation according to our group's procedures (CMS). Collaborate on Safety: Work alongside the Technical Director and Head of Maintenance to identify and manage Elements Important to Safety (EIS) within our production site, ensuring our team understands their critical role. Support Client Relations:

Contribute to the company's commercial success by participating in initiatives to maintain excellent relationships with our customers through operational engagement. Integrate New Projects: Actively participate in the commissioning stages of new projects. Boost Reliability & Efficiency: Help develop and implement strategies to improve the dependability and performance of our units. Suggest Innovations: Offer your valuable insights and suggestions for process improvements and enhanced performance metrics. Manage Modifications: Participate in change discussion meetings and ensure adherence to our Management of Change (MOC) procedure. Are you a MATCH? We are looking for someone who is:

Knowledgeable about mandatory requirements for operating production sites, including safety regulations and relevant state and regional codes. Experienced, with at least 3 years working as a specialist in a similar role. A good communicator in English (intermediate level), comfortable liaising with international technical experts, participating in meetings, and working with technical documentation.
