The role focuses on leading initiatives and projects that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and cost optimization in alignment with global standards.How you create impactDrive continuous improvement of Air Logistics operations by reviewing operational workflows and implementing hands-on, practical solutions across other department and operational unitsOptimize and standardize ways of working in line with global Air Logistics standards, processes, and internal systemsLead and manage national operations optimization projects and initiatives with a clear focus on service delivery improvement and cost efficiencyCollaborate closely with Operations Managers of other departments, Global Operations Optimization teams, and other Global Air Logistics stakeholdersOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of optimization initiatives, including concept definition, operational validation, implementation, and success trackingAct as the national interface for other teams, supporting system implementation, testing, and process alignmentDrive process improvements in collaboration with the internal system and other enabling functionsLead and coordinate the National Operations Optimization Team, where applicableWhat we would like you to bringBachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Product Management, or a related field5+ years of experience in Air Logistics operations, optimization, or supply chain managementStrong project management expertise with proven experience leading cross-functional initiativesExtensive knowledge of Air Logistics services, operational processes, and carrier/supplier relationshipsHigh proficiency in Air Logistics systemsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and change management capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across operational and global teamsFluent in English and Arabic with the ability to work effectively in a regional or global environmentWhat's in it for youAt Kuehne+Nagel you can demonstrate your personal and professional attributes.
