Job Title - Air & Ocean Freight OfficerType -OutsourcedContract - Long TermWork Location - Dubai SouthDG Certificate is mandatory( Dangerous good certificate)Minimum 5+ years of experienceMandatory details/Skills-Manage end-to-end air and ocean freight operations, including booking, documentation, and cargo tracking.Handle both import and export shipments in compliance with company and regulatory procedures.Ensure proper handling, packaging, and documentation of Dangerous Goods (DG) as per IATA/IMDG regulations.Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and customs brokers to ensure smooth movement of cargo.Verify shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills, and certificates of origin.Liaise with internal departments (sales, customer service, finance) for operational updates and billing support.Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems on a regular basis.Ensure all operations comply with UAE customs regulations and company quality standards.Handle rate negotiations and ensure cost efficiency in freight and transport arrangements.Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide proactive shipment updates.RegardsTASC Recruitment Team
