The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive and accurate pricing solutions that strengthen our commercial strategy and support business growth.What You’ll Do:Analyze and coordinate RFQs from initiation to completionReview RFQ documentation, ensuring alignment with contract requirementsIdentify pricing opportunities, risks, and challengesCollaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to execute strategic pricing plansCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locationsPerform pricing and market analysis using Excel and Power BIManage deadlines and ensure timely RFQ executionConvert and integrate pricing formats based on tools and strategyGather and validate accurate pricing data for all assigned lanes and tariffsManage and track responses, compile master files, and ensure accuracyMaintain bid logs and pricing tools in line with company standardsSupport Sales with pre-engagement for upcoming bidsEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting our culture and valuesQualificationsWhat You Bring:Strong knowledge of the air cargo industry, including pricing structures, processes, and operationsSolid understanding of Expeditors’ products, services, and systemsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (reporting, formatting, data modeling, complex calculations)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsProactive and solutions-oriented approachProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesEffective negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesEmotional resilience and openness to feedbackFluency in English (additional languages are a plus)Flexibility to work across different time zones and in a fast-paced environmentRequired:Minimum 3 years of industry-specific experienceCollege or University Degree, or equivalent business qualificationsAdditional InformationWhy Join Us:Paid Vacation, and Sick LeaveHealth and Medical InsuranceEmployee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Training and Career Development OpportunitiesGrowth opportunities within a Global OrganizationEmployee Referral Program Bonus
