Build a long-term talent pool by maintaining relationships with passive candidates and always having a solid lineup of potential hires. What You’ll Bring to the TeamExperience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and sourcing in the EU, UK, and/or US/Canadian markets. English skills at a level allowing you to confidently communicate with and interview native English-speaking candidates. An additional knowledge of another European language is a MUST, and Ukrainian language proficiency is a strong plus. Proven experience hiring for the key non-tech in-house positions. Additional recruitment agency or RPO experience is highly appreciated. Expert sourcing skills:
