The role relies on building credible relationships and maintaining an influential position in the business decision-making process.
Besides the local role for your area, you will work closely with colleagues in Hamburg, Singapore and the US on various initiatives, projects and processes. What This Job Is – Well, Some Of It…Your primary tasks as HR Business Partner:
Give advice and support to managers and their teams in your area on the full HR cycle – from hire to retirePartner closely with Satair’s business leaders to develop, challenge and deliver on the organisation’s strategies, navigating through changes and growthParticipate in Global HR projects across business areas and sites - which projects will depend on your interests and previous experienceIt´s a multi-interface dream job. Your tasks will have a high degree of variation, free airspace to move in and there will be loads of support from the HR family.
You will be busy in a high pace environment. What’s in your HR tool box?Your educational background could be within HR, Political Science, Psychology or Business Management, but we are mostly interested in how you have used your experiences to become a successful HR professional in a similar role for at least two years within a complex, international organization. You have a broad knowledge of the basic HR deliveries and strong hands-on experience within performance management, learning & development, and talent management.
You have a solid understanding of Danish employment law (Funktionærloven / Salaried Employees Act) & HR basic processes in general. Change management experience is also very welcome. Who are you?We are looking for an HR Business Partner with a proven track record of delivering impactful HR support in both strategic and operational contexts. You excel at building trust, driving engagement, and providing pragmatic, business-focused HR solutions across the employee lifecycle. Your credibility, adaptability, and collaborative mindset make you a valued advisor to both leaders and teams.
Fluency in English, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of HR practices in an international setting are essential.
