Our in-house CAO is exclusively dedicated to our aircraft fleet of over 24 aircraft.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Hangar Support Staff (Aircraft Maintenance Helper) located in Rome. The role involves assisting in maintenance operations, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of aircraft maintenance activities on a day-to-day basis under the supervision of the Engineering and Certifying Staff Team. The role includes shift work on a 5on-3off/5on-2off or 10on-5off pattern.QualificationsInterpersonal Skills and Communication abilitiesKnowledge of Safeguarding proceduresPrevious experience in equipment or aircraft maintenanceAbility to work effectively in a teamDegree or certification in Aviation Maintenance or related field (desired)Strong problem-solving skillsThis position is currently available at both our Rome Urbe and Parma maintenance centres.
