Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for an Airline Specialist (B2+). In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide support with booking and managing flight reservations, and address customer concerns effectively. Additionally, you will assist clients with airline policies, resolve issues related to flights, and deliver a seamless travel experience. Your responsibilities may include offering guidance on aviation services and identifying sales opportunities to meet customer needs. Qualifications Effective Communication skills with the ability to clearly understand and address customer needsCustomer Service experience with a dedication to delivering exceptional serviceStrong knowledge in Airlines and Aviation industry practices and terminologyProficiency in Sales techniques, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunitiesProficiency in English at a minimum B2+ levelAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
