Monitor day-to-day service contractors' service delivery, on-going administration and performance monitoring of operations according to the prescribed standards as set in the agreement, including facility management at HKIA Community Building, Lost and Found Management Assist in the management of the airport way-finding Provide administrative and operational support to the team, as well as budgetary control Assist in the consolidation of operational data, the compilation of relevant statistical reports, work plans and business presentation Assist in the handling of customer inquiries, feedback and complaints Support of festive events, decorations and performances in the terminals.
