OMRON Electronic Components is now recruiting for a highly Order Entry Administrator to join our team in Bratislava, Slovakia. Purpose of the roleTo ensure timely customer orders are entered into the ERP system within the framework as set by OCB-EU and to the customer's satisfaction. To secure optimization of customer support from both a service and a cost effective point of view. Summary Of Duties And Responsibilities Order handling – secure pro-actively that customer orders are entered into the JDE system; assure, that entered orders are in line with customers’ requirements, based on customers documents.

Report customer orders with discrepancy on price, item, terms and conditions and address details. Correct and on-time filing of all customer orders. Handling of O0 (non-stock items): placing PO to the factories, review O0 orders for possible improvement. Processing Planning reports for O0 items. Processing In-Transit report. Inventory report upload into ODPOS (for selected distributors). Monitor order entry performance, bookings report. Required Education, Specific Knowledge, Skills And Experience High School Diploma. Non-technical product knowledge on a basic level. Be capable of writing and delivering comprehensive letters. Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Good knowledge of internal computer software (ERP, CRM & Outlook). Proficient in local language and good English skills (any other European language is a pre). Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently within specified time constraints, strong follow-up and problem-solving skills. Self-supporting, well-organized, good communicator and service-oriented
