Our Webstite : www. akkodis. comContext : As a Junior Global Process Development Specialist, you will support a wide range of brewing and process innovation projects from lab to industrial scale, with a focus on carbon neutrality, capacity optimization, and long-term process improvements.

Working from our Global Innovation & Technology Center (GITEC) in Belgium, you’ll collaborate with global and local teams to deliver meaningful impact in operational efficiency and sustainability, while also supporting intellectual property development and standardization efforts. Responsabilities : ● Innovation & Process Developmento Support technology innovation projects from definition to industrial implementation. o Contribute to initiatives aimed at CO₂ reduction, debottlenecking, capacity increase, and capex optimization. o Conduct lab-scale feasibility tests for brewhouse projects and report findings to stakeholders. o Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing pilot brewery trials. ● Standardization & Knowledge Buildingo Support global standardization of brewing analytical methods (e. g.

, malt equivalence, RDF, extract analysis). o Help identify and support opportunities for patent filings and IP protection. o Actively build and share brewing process knowledge through presentations, documentation, and best practices. ● Project Support & Communicationo Assist in tracking and organizing global brewing projects across multiple zones. o Represent the team in meetings when needed and support routine project activities. o Participate in supplier trials and summarize key outcomes. o Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders across functions and geographies. Profile : ● Must-Haveso University degree in Brewing Science, Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related field.

o 1–2 years of hands-on experience or internships in beer or food production. o Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability. o Team-oriented with good communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures and departments. o Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with data/statistics tools is a plus. o Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus. o Eager to learn and open to feedback. o Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. o Willing to travel internationally as required. ● Nice-to-haveso Additional brewing or business-related training. o Basic understanding of intellectual property.
