Lead and support client software implementationsEnsure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelinesUtilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementationProactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfactionEducation, Experience and Skills: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or General Business preferredStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting, sales order, inventory, purchasing, or warehouse applicationsDemonstrated experience in ERP application implementation and go-live processesSpecific expertise in Infor CSD or SX. e, or equivalent ERP applications preferredExcellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesLocation:
