Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of financial transactions between internal systems and external stakeholders (e. g. , banks, third parties) to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies in a timely manner Identify and investigate discrepancies, and work to resolve them promptly. Prepare and process settlements to ensure all transactions are accounted for and settled correctly.
Review all transactions and process chargebacks after verifying reconciliation reports and refund transactions to ensure accuracy Generate and analyze reconciliation and settlement reports to improve financial process Investigate the suspected transactions and provide the required documents to stakeholders to ensure the resolution of discrepancies Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or relevant field. 1-2 years of experience in settlement & reconciliation in fin-tech or banking industry.
