Monitor and manage servers to ensure optimal performance and security. Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems. Manage and support the company’s ERP system, including troubleshooting and user support. Install and configure fingerprint attendance systems. Manage and maintain telephone and PBX systems. Install and operate Access Door control systems. Manage email systems and ensure cybersecurity measures are in place. Perform regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff.
Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field. Minimum of [3] years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management. Strong knowledge of network administration (LAN/WAN), routers, and switches. Experience with Windows Server and Linux systems. Proficiency in ERP systems management and configuration. Hands-on experience with CCTV, fingerprint systems, PBX, and access control systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Good command of English (reading and writing).
