The ideal candidate will ensure that all assigned service jobs are executed in line with established work procedures, time standards, and housekeeping standards to meet or exceed productivity objectivesWhat You Will Do Perform basic repairs and troubleshooting on engines, drivetrains, and chassis Independently carry out Level 1 repairs, such as replacing brakes, clutches, steering, and suspension.

Conduct Level III diagnosis and repair rectification using high-tech diagnostic and repair tools and equipment Collect and present technical information for feedback to principals for product improvement Ensure awareness of hazards and risks associated with work activities and maintain appropriate PPEs Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and ensure your actions do not adversely affect the health and safety of others Ensure quality of work to avoid errors/rework and resolve customer concerns to improve customer engagement Comply with company QHSE guidelines and SOPs, report all incidents to the supervisor, and participate in safety awareness traininRequired Skills To Be Successful High School graduate, Technical School graduate, ITI, or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
