Manager â Parts in expanding the spare parts business at the Multan office through effective procurement, inventory, and warehouse management, ensuring compliance with policies, budgets, DOA, and HSE standards while applying best practices in automotive service operations. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee procurement and inventory operations by sourcing quality suppliers, maintaining optimal stock levels, setting re-order points, and ensuring timely parts availability to improve sales and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Plant Warehouse teams to implement effective inventory control processes, reduce variances, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage warehouse operations strategically, ensuring safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and compliance while organizing storage, maintaining accurate stock records, and minimizing discrepancies. Lead, guide, and train warehouse staff in receiving, shipping, quality control, cycle counting, and inventory management to achieve operational excellence. Foster a strong quality culture in warehouse operations through continuous improvement, waste reduction, and adherence to health, safety, and security standards. Track and report key performance indicators for procurement, inventory, warehouse efficiency, and quality management to drive performance against business objectives. Must have minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience preferably in the automotive industry. Thorough knowledge of the technical processes involved and knowledge of automotive industry. Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks: Understanding of service business, aftersales operations and spare parts business in Pakistan. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Behavioural Competencies: High levels of personal integrity and accountability. Ability to work within an international, diverse cultural environment and able to form excellent relationships with internal and external contacts.
