The group focuses on creating premier lifestyle developments and investing in hospitality, retail, real estate, and related services. About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Controller to manage, maintain, and safeguard all documentation within our real estate projects and corporate office. The role ensures that all project and company documents are properly stored, easily retrievable, and compliant with internal policies and UAE regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in document control systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesDocument ManagementEstablish and maintain an efficient document control system for all real estate project and corporate records. Receive, review, and process incoming and outgoing documents (contracts, drawings, correspondence, permits, etc. ). Ensure proper document classification, numbering, and filing in accordance with company standards. Compliance & Quality ControlEnsure all documentation meets company standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project and company records.

Support audit and compliance reviews by providing accurate and timely document retrieval. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with internal departments, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely submission of required documents. Distribute updated drawings, contracts, and other project documents to relevant stakeholders. Track document revisions and issue status reports to project teams. Digital Systems & ArchivingManage and update the electronic document management system (EDMS). Archive physical and digital documents for easy retrieval and regulatory compliance. Assist in digitizing physical records and improving document workflows. Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of document control experience, preferably within the UAE real estate, construction, or engineering sectors. Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office applications. Familiarity with project documentation such as contracts, drawings, and permits. Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Commitment to confidentiality and data integrity.
